IT Technician 

Alliance Academy Jordan is seeking an IT Technician to maintain and evolve our school’s technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, supporting classroom technology integration, and providing rapid technical solutions to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and classroom peripherals (projectors, interactive boards).
• Network & Security: Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi systems and ensure robust security through active monitoring of firewalls and antivirus software.
• Lab & Inventory Management: Oversee the computer lab operations and maintain an accurate inventory of all school devices (laptops, tablets, etc.).
• EdTech Integration: Coordinate with teachers to implement and update software that enhances the classroom learning experience.
• System Deployment: Assist in the rollout of new hardware and systems, maintaining detailed logs for future troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong command of English, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Proactive in researching latest IT trends to improve school infrastructure.
