Re-registration for current students

For enrolled students, re-registration must be completed by April 30. A late fee of 100 JOD will be incurred for registration after this date. This measure is necessary for the administration in gathering accurate student numbers, enabling us to plan efficiently for the next academic year, including book and uniform orders, class allocations, and staff requirements.

A re-registration fee of JD500 per student is due by April 30, to secure the student’s seat for the following year. This fee is part of and paid into the student’s tuition.

Registration procedures for new students

  • To apply for admission, parents must complete an application form and pay a non-refundable application and assessment fee of JD50.
  • For KG applicants, an assessment will be conducted to evaluate their basic knowledge and cognitive abilities.
  • For all other applicants, an entrance assessment is mandatory. This assessment will include testing in three main subjects: Mathematics, English and Arabic languages. International students will be assessed in Mathematics and English only.
  • Parents will be notified of the results by phone within one week following the student assessment.
  • Once accepted, parents must pay the non-refundable registration fee of JD200 and the tuition deposit within one week to reserve the student’s seat.
  • After finalizing the above, a formal acceptance letter will be provided to parents, after which parents have to submit all necessary supporting documents.

List of student documents to be submitted upon acceptance

  • Birth Certificate (Arabic or English).
  • Medical records including vaccination.
  • Previous school records/transcripts for the last two academic years.
  • Transfer certificate.
  • A certified copy of the Family Book and a copy of the ID for both the father and mother for Jordanian students.
  • For non-Jordanian students, a copy of the student’s passport and that of their parents, certified by their embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
  • One (1) photo for Primary and Secondary students, (3) photos for KG students.
  • Auricular Checkup (PTA & Tympanometry): All students from KG to Grade 3 will be required to undergo an auricular checkup, which includes a Pure Tone Average (PTA) test and Tympanometry. This assessment is essential for evaluating hearing health and ensuring early detection of any auditory issues.
  • Vision Checkup (including Binocular Vision Convergence): Students from KG to Grade 3 will also need to complete a vision checkup, which will assess overall visual acuity and include a Binocular Vision Convergence test. A detailed report of the findings will be provided to parent to help monitor and support the visual development of students.
  • Recommendation Form to be completed by the previous school.

Additional documents for non-Jordanian students

  • A valid residency (Iqama) for students and their parents.
  • Work permit for the parent issued by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor.
